Location is excellent, situated in the most beautiful countryside. Great for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. There is everything in the accommodation that you would want. Every little detail from hi-fi to barbecue to bicycles, all your home comforts are here. Would recommend and will come back some time. Recommendations: Market on Monday at Mirande. Dinner at Hotel de France in Auch. Shopping at "Leclerc" at Auch.		Gite is in a tranquil location, have even seen the pyrenees on a few occasions. The accommodation is home from home with all the mod cons included. From this location been able to travel to Biarritz on the Atlantic, to Perpignan near the med, managed to get as far south as Andorra. Recommendations: Biarritz - Riviera feel. Lourdes - unusual environment. Pau - Swansea's twin town. Carcassone - wonderful medieval walled city. Foix - lovely situated Chateau. Best local food - hotel restaurant La Grange, north of Masseube. Will definitely recommend the gite....

We came to Aux Memes for a relaxing holiday and that's exactly what we got. You could say Aux Memes is home from but if home was like this who would go on holiday? Masseube locals are friendly and ready for a chat. The local postman even ordered the taxi to collect us after shopping at the supermarche. Took the bus from Masseube to Auch. Lots to do, beautiful buildings, check out the cathedral and the most famous of those musketeer chappies - Dogtagnan. Staff at the municipal pool in Masseube are very friendly. Take your sun cream or else.		Wow! We loved Aux Memes. The gite is wonderful. Scenery superb, local area is beautiful. Everything has been thought of - we loved the DVD selection. The local swimming pool is great. Ideal to cool down after a hot day. We tried the golf which is very near. The course is a bit rough and hilly so we would recommend hiring the buggy which cost only 10 euros. We have been in France 3 weeks and only wish we had spent more of that time here. We will return.
